Does any one ever feel like your mother Inlaw is not very supportive of you having a baby? As in…

I feel like my MIL doubts our ability to do this. She's always asking and telling us what we HAVE to do and what we need to change etc. etc. You could always ask her, it may be awkward but just kind of suggest by bringing up something, "we bought an outfit today." Or asking questions about her pregnancy with your husband to try to start a conversation about it.

@gorgeousmay42217, I have done that it’s like she never asks about the baby and if I tell her something about the baby she reply’s with a okay ! She never checks on me and the baby nothing !!

Like I try and send her pictures of ultrasounds and try to tell her like what dr said at the apt everything and I always get dry answers like okay and cool like she blows me off !

Fuck her 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤷🏻‍♀️ if she doesn’t want to be involved? Make sure she has no say so when the time comes. Don’t allow her there for the birth, I know it seems harsh, but sometimes toxic people will try and steal your happiness because they’re unhappy with themselves.
