Use it to make a milk bath for baby. There are many uses for it. And you can get a breast milk tester to test amount of alcohol in your milk. It's at Target.

Aww don’t pump & dump anymore girl!! Alcohol leaves your milk at the same rate that it leaves your blood. Once you’re sober, your milk is safe. If you have to pump a little for comfort then save it & add it to your baby’s bath.

No reason to dump if your good to drive your good to feed
