It's always good to have friends and things you do for yourself outside of being a mother and wife. We tend to lose ourselves in the lifestyle of having a family and end up miserable. Please, please, please make sure you make time for and take care of yourself.

@a.b. U are so right I been trying to reach out to my female circle but it's always an excuse. Me and my hubby don't even spend time together bc he always working n we just go into a big argument bc I am unhappy but its bc I'm not socializing enough with other adults. Very frustrating...we trying to get a business of the ground but still I'm not satisfied I still feel lonely grrrrr just frustrated
