When can you give babies regular milk? And why?

At seven months they should only be getting formula though. I started water or juice water at like nine months (very little) with his food

My first was on soy formula so ya he couldn't digest milk but we found that out at like five months when we switched to formula

Not allergy related though. Milk protein is in a lot of things. If he hasn't had a reaction now to like cheese and ice cream and yogurt he's fine. If he's on formula then that also has cow milk in it soooo ya it's really so that you don't replace formula until they are one

I started just this week but with my first it took awhile. Just depends on baby. My second LOVES Dairy, and digests it great but my first didn't digest it right

Not until after a year because the protein in milk is very hard to digest and babies tummies can’t handle that until after they are a year old. Also....allergic reactions.
