Does anybody take their BBT vaginally? If so, how do you do it, and on what CD do you start temping?

I have only orally. But I would suggest to start cycle day 1 just starting out in case you ovulate early.

@masseymomma16, if I’m doing it vaginally, won’t it be inaccurate because of all the blood

Start cycle day one. I used to take mine rectially because I bled too much it was messy to try and temp on my period. It was fairly accurate
