It looks like it. My LO is 1 month and had one. It pretty much went away. They told me warm compress and message

Yeah it is . All you can do is keep doing warm compresses . Should go away in a few weeks

That's what it looks like. Both of my girls had it. Just use a warm wash cloth to wipe and gently massage the inside corner of that eye
