Hello, so I’ve been trying to conceive on and off with my husband for a year. We took a break for 2 months. I don’t get my period unless I’m on letrozole which is what I was taking plus trigger and timed interocurse. My husband had a semen analysis about 3 or 4 months ago. It was determined that everything was fine except the morphology was not the greatest. My fertility specialists recommended IUI. We are going to try IUI this cycle. I just want to know any success stories with first round of IUI + letrozole + trigger cycles? Also anyone else’s spouse have low morphology and conceived first cycle of IUI? PLEASE SHARE!!

IUI Monday!! So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years!!! It was a good thing we picked up a trigger shot before we left too :-)

I find it very alarming when we see for MONTHS “My husband doesn’t want another child”...”He wants to wait”...”he won’t have sex with me”....and then you keep trying to conceive anyways and when you do get pregnant ask us all a cute way to announce it to him? This is entrapment....conceiving behind someone’s back then unveiling it as a gift seems so incredibly disturbing to me.. End rant.
