How do u make someone happy that seems like the only way they will be happy is with leaving?

Let them leave. Even though it’s hard. If it’s about a relationship, I’d rather them leave then go everyday knowing that they are un happy and only here bc ur making them be.

Let them leave! Can't force someone to be happy if they think leaving is what will make them happy. Usually at that point there's no saving that relationship if that's only option.

We depend on others to make us happy and that’s just not how it goes. If you can’t make yourself happy then nobody can. It took me years to realize it.
