And the panty liners and extra clothes idea I was given from a mom on here weeks ago .. so helpful!!

@tianadavis216 2 Tylenol and ginger ale or Sprite... Eat small .... Crackers or toast .. my first trimester was THE WORST they had me on the Zophran stomach pump until I hit second trimester

@jordanrwilliams25, oh yeah I'm gonna have to start doing that & im mad because I'm just now starting to have morning sickness & it's terrible cause I have headaches with the smh

@tianadavis216 girl.. at about 20 weeks we went to get gas and I couldn't stand the smell and threw up and pee'd at the gas pump I couldn't control it 😂😂 had to go home and change it was so bad .. now my sneezes get me almost every time so now I stay with panty liners and a change of panties and pants in the car for emergencies .. I feel like a big baby it's ridiculous

@jordanrwilliams25, this the 2nd time I done ever peed while puking lol it's terrible

I have that issue too when I throw up or sneeze 😂
