When my son stretches out in his car seat his feet hang over a little bit. Is it time to move to the big one? Or am I good for a little longer? Car seat moms I need help
Most of the time though he crosses his legs he never really stretches out though.

@unagie, idk it’s an Urbini car seat from Walmart.
As long as he still has 1” of space at the top above his head, feet hanging over is ok.
You’re fine as long as he’s in the limits (which I’m certain he is at 5 months)
The height max is usually around 31" or 32". I think it would be fine as long as he meets the requirements.
son getting out of car seat
So a couple days ago my son started getting himself out of his car seat while we are on the road. He will be 2 years old May 27th. So I got rid of my spacious Chevy Impala and now have a compact Hyundai Elantra. I’m trying to figure out which car seat would fit best in a smaller car.?? The car seat will go behind the passenger so there will be a little more room to move the front seat up.

I posted a picture of my son in the house in his car seat he had a snow suit jumper on n instead of people admiring his sweet innocent face they wanted to attack the fact that i didn’t adjust his straps yet. I caught a smile n took a pic calm down
