So my nails are brittle and my hair is taking forever to grow.its like my kids took it all my son grows beautiful amazing long nails that I constantly have to clip and my daughter grows hair like repunzel what happened?? Lol any advice on how to get my hair and nails to start growing again??

You can get some hair skin and nails vitamins they have gummies that are pretty good

So my daughter is 3.6 years old and her hair grows like and inch a year. And she takes vitamins, ive been putting coconut oul in her hair but her hair is still dosent look like its growing at all. What kinda hair proucts or vitamins do u guys recommend so her hair can maybe grow!?!?
Is anyone else growing hair in places it doesn't normally grow? Will it stop after the baby? I'm also getting like acne on my chest and boobs this is crazy... Hopefully my doctor can give me something 😢😢😢

Ok I’m totally trying something. My face is just real sensitive to a lot of vitamins I’ll start breaking out. But I want my hair to grow :/
