When did your milk start coming in? My son is 2 days old and won’t eat cuz it’s not milk coming out…

Try different positions and try massaging your breast as you feed. Is he latching on? I’m still having issues breast feeding and she’s 3 weeks 😭 the first weeks are hard ass hell girl . Keep at it! You got this. I believe in you !

I second the atole part and adding caldo d pollo. Those imo help bring it in!

It usually comes in on days 3-5. Meet with a lactation consultant at your hospital to help with getting him to latch.

Eat some oatmeal and drink plenty of water. There are many other things you can do but latching and skin to skin is most important right now

@lex015, thank you cuz I’m seriously pumping like crazy and only 2 oz come out in total even though it’s enough for him to eat it’s still hard

Not till I started pumping. Don’t remember exactly what day but I tried to stay hydrated, eat oatmeal, and had mothers milk tea to help production and skin to skin helps too!

@blessedmommy-2 yeah girl I understand my baby eats like crazy she eats over 6-7oz of breast milk and I still have to supplement with enfamil cause she drinks like 4oz of that after😩
