@alysia.alysia, yeah my son came out pretty quick I think I had a good 4 pushes and he was out

@nlock, yeah I know. I think some woman just get sick after giving labor because your body went through something so Traumatic. Plus my labor was so fast, she came out super fast. But if you are concerned you can see a doctor. I was considering that but started feeling better.

After giving birth. About five days later I felt like I had the flu. I was shivering in bed with three big blankets on. My whole body was achy I couldn't even move. My mama had to take care of me and my kids because I felt so sick. After a couple days I felt better with Motrin and chicken soup.

@ladyblauvelt.skysmomma, oh gosh yeah I take mine .. maybe not everyday but I take one every now and then lol but maybe this is my problem

Same happened with me, I ended up anemic after I had my son but I didn't take the iron pills because they are supposed to constipate you and I was already so afraid of having that first bowel movement... 😥

@nlock, I did as well and I was told to keep taking my iron pills they prescribed me after I gave birth .. idk if they told you the same
