@amouryaya09, yes the compression socks worked during the flight but it was so hot I took them off. That could be why lol

@boy.momxxx3, I know since I’ve had blood clots in the past I wear compression socks and walk around during the flight. I hope you got some rest after lol

@n_favors, I did. They haven’t swollen up like they did the first two days. Thank goodness lol

@amouryaya09, we did fly and I did prop them up but we got here so early I think all the walking and the heat did it 😩😩😩😩

@milnera2014, thank you I’m pretty good with not eating too much sodium. I think it’s the heat. I’m drinking water but not enough for this weather. I’ll have to increase my intake.

Stay away from sodium drink alot ot water and if u want some flavor try teas without sodium

Prop them up. They should go dwn. May swell again tomorrow though so try not to do a lot of walking
