@mommy.ortiz4, i didn’t have sofrito or tomato sauce. But i used two packs of sazon, olive oil, chopped garlic (substitute), chopped onions (substitute) adobo, salt, little pepper, the Gandules and white rice and of course water. I added the extra things because i didn’t have sofrito so i needed extra flavor to substitute lmao. Again it didn’t taste like the real deal but i came pretty close to it considering me not having those the two ingredients
