Any mommies have any tips for getting the milk to drain from out of my armpit area. It keeps building up there and it hurts so bad and I can’t get it to drain down into my boobs

I had to take hot showers and massage the area and hand express in the shower for it to move from my arm pit area. That is what worked the best for me.
