Any kind of vitamins that boast your immune system is great for you and baby. My midwife recommended chewables are great and digest better.

I use this kind and I love them! They stink but they are the only ones that don’t make me throw up

As long as they are FDA approved & contain DHA, then I’d say you’re good to go!👌🏼

Do they have DHA in them? If not, I'd suggest Nature Made!

I took these both my pregnancy they worked just the same as other ones I think
