So for the past couple months both my twins have been doing this thing with their legs, in their sleep, where they lift them and slam them down. It's as if they are frustrated or something. It wakes me and them every night. I don't remember my son doing this. Anyone know why they do this

My son did that too. Still does it sometimes as a toddler. I think it’s just a jerk reaction, kinda like when we jerk from a falling dream. Maybe?

My son did it as well but only when I put him in a grobag to sleep, now I just let him wear his babygro or whatever so he has total freedom of movement and he doesn’t do it anymore.

@ladyfreyja, magnesium is supposed to help RLS and bananas but not sure how you’d give either to your little ones so young.

No food yet till 6 months. Thanks. I brought it up to a pediatrician and they could not figure out why they are doing it. It wasn't my regular Pediatrician so I will ask mine next time I go
