I don’t even have to lay down on the one specific side but it feels better to lay down.

I do when I lay I can’t be on my right side it’s so aggravating because that’s how I used to sleep

I just had my baby yesterday but I did with him on my right side. They think it’s a muscle he stretched and it still hurts lol
