Has anyone had a false positive?

@xoxochelsey, she messaged me early this morning and apologized. It took her forever to get pregnant after her first child and it didn’t take me anywhere near that long.

@savanna_moore1103 sounds like your friend is jealous your pregnant too so she trying to make you believe your not. She will get over it in time

@savanna_moore1103 yeah 3 false positives would probably never happen unless you're going through menopause or recently miscarried. But both of those couldn't be the case if you just had 2 negatives. So don't let your negative Nancy friend get you worried! Congratulations. ❤️❤️

@goodleah, that’s what I thought too, I highly doubt I’d get two false positive. My mother insisted I take another one and it showed up positive, so that’s 3 tests that are positive. My friend is also pregnant as well.

Hcg can double daily so it makes sense why the first 2 were negative and the last 2 were positive. Sounds more like your friend could be jealous? It's highly unlikely you could get 2 false positives.

Looms positive to me I would take two more and also have the dr take a test

@gorgeousmay42217, I figured it was early from calculating from the first day of my last period it shows today I am 4weeks and 6 days. So still early but my last two were very noticeable that I was pregnant. I just needed reassurance after all the doubt she was talking about.

@cassieboo246, that’s what I tried telling her but she was pretty set on false positive. This will be my 3rd baby and out of all the pregnancy tests I have NEVER had a false positive. But she said she has had one before that they were rare. I’m going to call Monday to get it confirmed.

@savanna_moore1103 you may have just taken the first ones too early for them to catch it. Usually a false positive is because of a faulty test or a hysterical pregnancy. But two, I would say definitely go in and get a doc confirmation. You could take another in a couple of days and see if it gets darker.

It could have been too early to tell when you took the first two! If you wanna just take 2 more just to make sure !

@gorgeousmay42217, I took two earlier this week and they were negative, I took two today and they were positive. A friend of mine think I could of had a false positive. But if that were true it should of been the same on all 4 tests. She is also prego.

No, always took atleast two tests to make sure though.
