I ate steel cut oats everyday or a fiber one granola bar. Saved my life!

Fiber one brownies! I swear I accidentally ate two in one day and did three big movements!!

Decaf coffee! That bean water gets me going every single time... 🤷🏾‍♀️

Dates help a lot try some fiber bars and lots of of water too pear juice helps too

You can take certain stool softeners. And anything with fiber should help.

You can take mirelax safely during pregnancy. Try mixing it with apricot juice or pear juice. Both of them help with constipation without the nasty taste.
