You might think I'm crazy but put cold cabbage leave all around breasts and it sucks up the milk. Once the leaves are all wet and nasty throw them and put more. It really works. That happened to me with my first born and the nurse from NICU told me about that. Your going to smell not so pleasant and feel weird but it helps

And a hot bath is supposed to work wonders. Massaging them with oil is supposed to work a treat too.

Cabbage leaves in your bra is supposed to dry up milk also
