@lovelily, Definitely sounds like it could be your meter love. I’ve had moms come in to L&D just in a right panic and it turned out it was their monitor, but always good to check because of the off chance it’s not.

Yes, the meter may be needing calibration. Blood sugar would not drop that much that fast. Whenever it reads that high always do it again. Also, when you clean your finger with alcohol, allow it to dry completely before testing the blood.
