I keep seeing all these posts about different things like compression socks for example and it makes me feel like I know nothing about being pregnant 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I read a lot but I don’t have anyone to give me tips and stuff to know for my incoming weeks especially the last 10. I know I’m not stupid I just need better resources lol.

Don't beat yourself up! Every pregnancy is different, so no one knows it all! Feel free to ask any questions, big or small, on this app. I'll be more than happy to answer what I can & I know other moms feel the same. You can message me too!
Not everyone needs compression wear. I never used it. Your doctor will let you know if you need it. You can always sign up for any pregnancy or birthing course through your hospital 😊
