Had a nice brunch with the hubby, sat outside so we could bring the pup. Towards the end I almost passed out! Got super nauseous and lightheaded, vision went a little dim. I've never had that happen before! Any of you ladies experience that? Gotta be heat related, but darn 😓

Yep last year, thought let me go to the park for walk and thank God hubby was there. I thought wtf? I couldn’t see and thought this is it.., its the end LOL!
It was horrible. Had to sit for ages. Its happened this pregnancy, but more when I’m cooking, which I’ve reduced before I burn the house down!!

I'm there now! It's so hot & muggy in the A right now that I'm guessing that's why, but even when I'm inside I get hot & lightheaded. I'm starting to wonder if should go anywhere by myself anymore! 🤣

Happened to me last week on my way home from my appt i got so nauseous and light headed i threw up as soon as i got out of the car. I'm assuming the heat is what did it but I'm not for sure.
