Im having period like cramps.but about 30 minutes ago there was no pain just alot of pressure in my lower parts and my stomach was really hard, is it possible to have that painless of contractions even if it is just BH?

Ps as long as they don’t happen regularly just occasionally you should be fine. But listen to your instincts.

I’ve been getting those too! Exact the same symptoms. Had a scan and everything was fine so I think its just BH. But get checked for peace of mind.
