How many ounces do you ladies pump to freeze? I have been only getting 2 ounces up until yesterday when I started getting 4 ounces in one session. I think my boobs are starting to adjust to ebf AND pumping finally. Is 4 ounces per session okay or is that kinda low?? Im kinda new to the whole pumping and freezing thing so I have no idea lol.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

4oz is really good for 1m 😊 avg is 2oz. I never saved milk unless I was going somewhere. I have some saved now for emergency but that's it.
