Is it safe to get in the pool after a membrane sweep?. (Asking for a friend she’s 38+6 and had the sweep done today)

I did. Well, I actually got in the lake. It’s fine until waters break.
Already bleeding from the sweep... just got the castor oil and orange juice in my system... now we wait 🤞🏾did this method work for any of you ladies?

Alright ladies! I finally progressed! I'm finally a centimeter dilated, 50-60% effaced and she's at a -3 making her way down. She's weighing 8lbs and is in the 90 percentile! ❤ Oh and she did a membrane sweep!
My doctor told me that is always safe to swim as long as 1) it’s a clean pool and 2) your water hasn’t broken
