My 2 year old will not nap anymore... She’s fine with no nap, but I’m not.😩 I used the time she was napping to nap myself. I’m so tired all the time, and I feel like I don’t get a break from the time she wakes up until the time she goes to sleep. I try to just get her to watch a show for an hour so I can have a break, but she just climbs all over me the whole time. I’m so annoyed.

My 3 year old naps most days but when she doesn’t want to I make her lay on the couch and rest. I need that break
@keeping_upwith_harperkate, maybe lay her down with a warm cup of milk? I’ve heard this before but never tried it myself .. I never really forced naps, unless my kids were in need of one I just let them be up
My 3 year old sometimes doesn’t want to nap. He still has to go to his room for quiet time. That way I get a break 😅
Shoot wish I leave close to you. My daughter is a ball of energy to. Maybe if you wake her up early she would get tired and take the nap
@boymom_, She’s very active during the day, and she seems so tired right before I put her down, but then she won’t sleep. She keeps coming out of her room to play.
Have u tried maybe doing more active things to make her tired?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
It might just be a sleep regression. My 2 year old is going thru this now. Refusing to nap 😩 i pushes nap time a little later and he will nap for maybe an hour and then move bedtime a little later. My oldest did this too and she eventually went back to normal naps after the regression!
