I've been having blurry vision and seeing floaters for a couple days now so I mentioned it to the Drs office I called today and the lady literally said if you feel it's an issue go to the ER, if not don't worry about it. Wtf does that mean lol idk if it's an issue or normal, I'm not a Dr. It's damn annoying is what it is, especially because I drive so far everyday. Sometimes I can't see at all my vision is so blurry it's like I'm crossing my eyes.

It could be stress that happened to me drink more water and relax and if it doesn’t get better maybe a doctor visit

@bklynmommydoll I have hypertension, since way before I even had my 1st. So I'm thinking it's possibly that acting up. I have very bad vision to begin with. I just felt concerned because my hypertension actually got better when I was pregnant with my 1st. But yeah the Drs office was no help at all.

@katemarie I've never been to the place before so she could be a total quack 😂 it's a clinic, so I'm assuming they just don't feel like dealing with anything extra.

@mommamia18 I could see it being stress! Definitely been drinking a lot of water, but have not been relaxing at all.

@emily526 High blood pressure and blurry vision? Are you in medication for it? Tested for preeclampsia??

@alishap1212 I haven't been tested for preeclampsia, I have had minimal prenatal care until now.

@emily526, you might want to get tested I wish you the best of luck . Pre e is very dangerous to you and baby if anyone has it

@halifax6 Not sure what my BP is. I'm not on medication right now for the hypertension, what I was taking was not safe to continue while pregnant, but because I actually did better when I was pregnant the 1st time I wasn't put on anything else. But I haven't been tested for preeclampsia, I haven't had prenatal care since my first trimester. I just got a new Dr to see me, but obviously they're not too much help. Maybe because I'm a new patient or because it's a clinic, no idea.

@emily526 I would check your BP. And there are meds you can be out on for BP while pregnant. If it's high and your having blurry vision/change in vision, pain in the upper right quadrant of your belly, headaches that won't go away with tylenol and extremely bad heartburn go to the ER or call your dr. Those were the 4 signs I was supposed to watch for. I was hospitalized after an ocular migraine at 34 w to 37 weeks and induced then. Don't mess around with your BP! :] they didn't check your urine for protein at your apt?

@halifax6 I don't normally have high BP, I have intercranial hypertension which affects my vision normally but it was so much better while I was pregnant with my 1st. So I guess I'm just confused if these are my normal symptoms caused by the hypertension, or if they're a sign of something more. I'm thinking of just going into the ER to get checked out, if it's nothing it's nothing, but I don't want to take any chances. I just hate going to the ER and feeling like I'm taking up a seat someone else might need.

@emily526 can you go to a urgent care? Or zoom care or another one like that, rather then the ER?

@halifax6 I didn't even think of that honestly, I'm going to look into that now!
