My daughter doesn’t breast feed. She does drink breast milk, I have to pump and put it in a bottle. I was pumping 5 to 6 ounces every 3 hours, now I’m pumping 3 or 4 ounces every 3 hours. I am drinking tons of milk, not so much water. Any tips? I did just buy a ton of water to start drinking, along with the milk, I also heard that moringa was a good supplement to help increase milk production. Wasn’t sure if any moms had any other ideas or tips?
My supply is low and I have to go out of town next Sunday. I have tried mother's milk tea and pumping every two hours as well as drinking tons of water. What can I do ? I know I won't make enough milk by then!

So I've been drinking a ton of water since I was brought up to my room and I've been pumping every 2 hours but I'm not pumping anything. Feeling really discouraged. The nursery isn't giving babygirl any formula as they have her hooked up to an IV but Im already feeling like a failure :(
Opinions on hungrier baby milk? My girl is drinking well over 30 oz in 24 hours. I tried her with water inbetween feeds but she just won't settle in till she has milk as she's hungry not thirsty. She's awake like 18 hours a day 😭

Oatmeal, tons of water. Your body only produces what is "demanded"
