Canker sore help!

I have the worst canker sores right now. I can barely eat, I can barely talk, and I'm in so much pain. I've gotten them all my life but these are the worst I can remember and they won't get better.

So..... my feet are so swollen that I can't even put my shoes back on..... well I can barely but there so tight that I can barely walk and it hurts so bad... So now I'm wearing them as slides lol
