Safe kids partnership for children helps with carseats. I got my sons toddler seat for free from them. I didn't have to take no class for it in my state.
when i gave birth to my son in Los Angeles they gave me a carseat in the hospital.
@theremyeverything if Cali offers them, you have to attend a physical class. And get it that day. But I'm not 100% on what program that state offers.

Look up "carseat class Cali" on google. They should pop up with the counties. You'll get a free convertible carseat upon completion of the class.

I live In Oxnard to !!! Had my babies at Cmh to ! Did you find one if not msg me i have the email to a place called James store house it’s in Thousand Oaks! They help you out so much even with other baby things
