I’m engorged!! is it ok to pump while pregnant? I’m 25 weeks and my milk has Been doubling this week. Now it’s to the point that I can’t take it.

I still breastfeed and pump with no problems. But then again I’ve never stopped.

I think it’s ok to breast feed because the body is already used to it if that makes sense. If you randomly pumped your uterus will prob contract
