Oh no you’re not on maternity leave yet? I technically am but I work one day a week to help pay for my portion of health insurance and to help my work out. Thankfully it’s not super strenuous and it feels good to accomplish things but I told them yesterday that next week is my last week. I’m just too big and miserable to work lol!

No, not yet. I was planning on working until I go into labor. Lol. But I am definitely regretting that commitment! I'm miserable tbh. I'm hoping my feeling of when this baby is coming is true cause then I'll only be working for 2 or 3 more weeks.

Oh I totally relate. I was off the first 2 weeks of December for my regular vacations. Than I went back to work, but this Friday will be my last day, I’ll start my maternity already. Than I have to go back to work 8weeks after baby is born?

@maru it sucks!! I was enjoying my time off. Usually I get way too bored and am ready to go back. Not this time! I was loving the relaxing time. Even with the busy holidays, it was very nice to have that break.

I break off for maternity leave at the end of next week and it can't come quick enough lol.

I'm doing my job and my co workers job for like 5 months now n I am so over it I still haven't gotten a raise and I'm paying over 3000 bills plus everything else that comes with it I am sooo over itttt !!! I have to talk to my boss before maternity n break it to him that I need at least a 3-5 dollar raise or idk how I'm gonna pay for child care ughh so stressed with everything I don't get home till 530 :( my daughter don't get much time with mommy n when she does mommy is exhausted or upset :/ want maternity sooo bad

I finally went on leave yesterday, but I've been taking time off until they put me on maternity leave. Lol. My job was just getting to the point where I was stressed out alot. But hey their are some women that work right up to 40 weeks. So bless u for still going. I hope u enjoyed your week off!

I am there as well. I have to work in order to pay bills so I have no choice but to work as long as my doctor says I can.
