How do you get your kids to not feed the dog? We just got a puppy a week ago and I keep catching my 2 year old “accidentally” dropping food on the floor for the puppy. And I’d much rather not have a begging dog every time we have food. I just had to take away my sons snack because he kept giving it to the dog. I feel bad but I don’t know what else to do?

Lol when you figure out how to keep the kids from feeding the dogs, can you teach me how to stop my husband from feeding the dog? Lol we’re all guilty of it at our house🤷♀️
Yep, same as what the others said. You’re just going to have to keep them separate, until your kids understand not to feed the dogs.
Put the dog in another room or outside when he is eating
Yea mines 2 put in kennel r outside cause dogs r gonna be dogs and they gonna eat it lol and babies r babies messy eaters lol
Our dogs are either kenneled or put outside when anyone is eating.
