Any moms drink caffeine while pregnant? I drink a bottle of Mountain Dew a day and I’m beating myself up about it..

I drink a cup of coffee a day. If I don't have coffee I have to have a can of soda or I won't feel right. The other day I had my first can of mountain dew to get rid of my headache and it worked. My mom drank all caffeine when she was pregnant with me🤷‍♀️

I drank caffeine with both my pregnancies and both baby’s came out healthy and perfect as long as you don’t go crazy and drink to much baby will be fine

Ah, I get that! Well, don’t beat yourself up! Just make sure you don’t go over 200mg since babies can’t really process caffeine.

@mommaofjais, yes never more than one no it’s that taste and I’m always exhausted with all my little ones I hate coffee.

If it’s the carbonation you’re craving, you can always try sparkling water.

You can have no more than 200mg of caffeine a day while pregnant. I used to drink a can of coke every day bc I craved it so bad.
