So I’m ready to divorce my husband but I don’t know how this will work . We have three kids , two cars in both our names and no house together . I’m in New York i have no clue where to start. We’re better off as parents then a couple . We have a joint bank account , cell phone and car insurance is under his name .

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

@momx3, see a lawyer and have some type of custody agreement drawn up before you do anything else. No leaving them with other family members, no crossing state lines, etc. Would hate for you to show up after work and he refuses to give them to you. I've seen it happen and he would have that right if you don't have anything else in writing.

My mother in law separated her husband but it was civil . So she just switched what she needed into her own name and stuff and he dropped her . And you should try to get one of the cars in the divorce

I don’t want child support just want him not to fight it I haven’t been happy in awhile and we’ve been married 4 years in August
