When does dr start checking cervix & when do they decide if you’re going to be induced early?

Cervix checks start 35/36 weeks. Most doctors won’t induce before 39 weeks unless medical issue

Usually 36 weeks and will only induce early for medical reasons.

I decline cervix checks. They are unnecessary

And they decide if something comes at at one of your last appointments. I had possible preeclampsia and was induced at 37+4 when I found out at my 37 weeks appointment.
