Any mommas vegetarians looking for some good lunch ideas for the hubs and myself. Along with any dinner ideas we allow ourselves seafood into our diet so even anything that has that in it is welcome.
I’m having a chopped Mexican salad. I buy the chopped salad bag at the store and can get three lunches out of it. I added olives, an avocado and cheese (not too sure if you eat dairy) but it could easily be omitted. It’s got little tortilla strips and pepitas in the mix.
