@babymamaof4, after my sweep yesterday I took a long walk and bounced on my ball and then that evening is when I had my bloody show. I’ve been at work today but definitely on my feet (preschool teacher) and up and down. I do a few squats here and there but the weight I’ve gained is killing my knees this past week 😔.

@dmomma, my last baby was stubborn would not come out for anything! I tried everything that I could. I understand your frustration

After your bloody show “ mucus plug “ comes out doesn’t mean you’ll go into labor faster if you don’t go into labor a week after it’ll just grow back.

@finesse.muva, you’re wrong actually. Bloody show and mucus plug are two separate things and a bloody show is a good indicator of labor starting fairly soon.
