Would you date someone that was married and separated, but not legally divorced?

No, a marriage is a big commitment. I think he needs to finish the relationship first before finding new love

I got married in 2012 left my now ex husband in. Oct 2013 and was barely able to file and be granted a divorce This year. I say its perfectly fine to date someone whos seperated but not yet divorced as long as you forsure know that they have nothing to do with eachother. Like in my situation i just couldnt afford to file for divorce and. He wasnt in the country anymore so it took alot of extra time and effort and money to figure out how to do it without him signing the papers

Yes, so long as they weren't still living together.

If they were legally separated in different households currently going through a divorce I would date, but I would still keep my distance until it was final.
