They say 7 days at the least for it to be active in your system. I got prrgnant at 11 days on it and miscarried really early on. I recommend waiting full two weeks to be sure

One week or 2 and take them exactly at the same time every day and you go through the whole pack no breaks at all if you miss one you can risk getting pregnant again I'm on them
