For you: deodorant , soap or body wash clothes to go home in house shoes or slippers your phone charger and a robe if wanted
For you: chapstick!!!! My lips were so dry during delivery. I was so thankful I had my chapstick. And all the “normal” things you would take on vacations as in body wash and things like that. I also brought super cute socks but my feet were so swollen I had to just wear flip flops. And my robe was a life saver. Super easy to put over myself when we had guests, but also easy to take off when I needed to. And comfy pants and lots of tank tops. Some people will say underwear, I brought some large ugly ones I didn’t care about, but honestly I liked the hospitals underwear better. Anything to entertain yourself during labor. We watched a lot of Netflix on our laptop.
For baby: a going home outfit was all that I needed. The hospital supplies everything else.
My other suggestion would be to take everything you can from the hospital. Every time they brought diapers, I packed them in a bag. 💖 I also brought the nurses some candy to snack on every time they came to my room. It made them nicer. Lol. But my daughter was born on Halloween and everyone was candied out. 🤦🏼♀️
