I've stopped getting morning sickness and my cravings have gone. Is my baby Okay?

I ain't really had any this time round apart from really sore boobs and alot of bloating,everything is fine tho hun,you might even wake up in next few days and they be back,it's just all different everyone you have,baby is fine tho xxx
