Im pretty sure we have a case of Hand Foot Mouth .....im sooo over it!!! Any one have any tips

Make sure to do a lot of hand washing and sanitizing. Common things to sanitize are door handles(including to cabinets and refrigerator), favorite toys, dishes. Make sure there's no sharing drinks or food, or anything that goes in your mouth. It is commonly spread by not washing your hands after a bowel movement. Even though the spots start to disappear, it can still be found in the infected person's stool for 6-8 weeks afterwards. My son had it about 5 years ago and my daughter had it last year, it it not fun. Good luck.

Oh and if they cough or sneeze, make sure they was their hands thoroughly. I kept hand sanitizer on the ready and used it very often to keep myself from getting it.

My girls had this a few years ago. Only one got the spots bad ,other 2 had a few spots hear and there. Oldest threw up the first day, fevers. Not fun.

Neosha hasn't gotten any spots but she sure had that nasty fever!! I can tell Shes in pain. All night whimpering. Now she won't take the medicine...
