There swollen u can tell mine get the same way soak in a real warm epsom salt bath and then sleep with ur legs propped up or a pillow in between ur thighs

Your toes on your right foot do a little bit. Sit down prop your feet and it will ease up

If they feel swollen to you, sit down and prop your feet up.
