Has anybody had scheduled c section? my doctor wants to schedule mine at 39 weeks and i want to know whats the process. do they like try to induce you or something or you just go in get cut and go to postpartum?
They take you into the OR, administer the spinal, wait for it to kick in and then start the surgery.
I went in and got the spinal then strait back to surgery then to recovery then to a regular room
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I ended up getting a c- section. I was induced and in natural labor for 17 hours, but because my labor wasn't progressing fast enough/my baby's head was stuck in my pelvis, I needed a c- section. They administered the spinal in the operating room and then went along with the surgery once everything was good to go - it was all rather fast! I was 39 weeks as well.
