Should I go to labor and delivery at the hospital been having severe painful pressure on my pelvic bone that won’t go away and hurts to sit walk or move currently 34 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my second baby what could this mean never felt this with my first pregnancy and yes baby boy is already head down

Look up SPD sounds like your pelvic muscles have relaxed and you're having those symptoms. A belly brace has helped me. As well as don't cross your legs, don't stand on one foot like when u put on pants or shoes, stand on both feet and take a moment to balance yourself before taking a step. And try to find a comfortable chair I know that can be hard but put a folded blanket or pillow down and see if that's more comfy.
I no I even tried soaking in a tub and still no relief nothing I do is helping sleeping or anything the pressure so bad
If your not able to get comfortable and the pain hasnt subsided by now, it ok to go in and get checked out hun. Thats what they are there for.
It could be the baby just dropping some more. Could you call L&D or your OB nurse line and see what they want you to do?
I don’t have a uti I no what those feel like and this pain is nothing compared to a uti it literally feels like his head gonna just pop out and he is low very low
Last time I was checked they said my cervix was still high and I was t dilated none but that was at 29 weeks
@melissaortega1995, he is probably just low. If you not having consistent contractions that are progressing they are going to send you home.
You should set a doctors appointment to make sure you don’t have a UTI
I can talk through it it just hurts to sit or walk or pee or anything tons of pressure
