How did u get head lice in your bed ?

Head lice is strictly get in your head, you may have bed bugs though

Honestly I don’t know how I just know that body lice will tear you up in ur sleep I thought it was bed bugs but I sprayed the whole bed and stuff and nothing and I still felt like I was getting bite and this morning I woke up and I had two just chilling on my neck and arm

No I looked it up on an exterminator wedsite and body lice were on there

Bed bugs are bigger and redder and they hide in things so you can't just spray your bed, it won't make them go away, you need to deep clean everything in the room.

@babymamaof2 it may be small bedbugs then... You'll have to deep clean everything in your room, tear everything apart, spray the boarder of the room and in every nook and cranny of every piece of furniture, it's also recommended you throw out your mattress... I had bed bugs bad and when we moved we basically left everything in the bedroom since they were coming from the downstairs apartment

That sounds like bed bugs ! I had them in my old apt , they were tearing me upppppp !! The only way to get rid of them was to throw everything away or pay to get the house bombed which I wasn’t doing lol i cleaned my house top to bottom , I even cut my bed up to make sure they were in there but Even after deep cleaning I still had the issue , so everything in my room I threw out , because I wasn’t sure exactly where they were nesting and I read bed bugs hide very good ! Also Check ur carpet ( if You have any ) we found a lot of them on the carpet but since our carpet was like a reddish brown they blended in like crazy !

It was lice

My son,Hubby and I all had them in our hair and they were in our pillows and bed sheets so I just throw out everything and bout new sheets and pillows and used the head treatment and I used rubbing alcohol on my head and a very small amount on my son’s and hubby’s hair to get rid of them
